Sandra Pereira is a UK 200 H Qualified Yoga Teacher and a registered member of the IYN (Independent Yoga Network). She has been a yogi since July 2006 and has practised Iyengar Therapeutic Yoga in Australia and Hatha Yoga in Glasgow. In 2012, Sandra completed her yoga qualification at Chill Out Yoga Scotland. Since then, she is actively teaching gentle Yoga and exercises to small group classes, one-on-one private sessions and workshops in the UK.
Sandra's aim is to help & support children and people to practise remedial yoga safely with breathing, relaxation, meditation techniques & slow physical exercises. You are most welcome to contact Sandra for details.
